Social networking

This site is combination of static pages, items created by users through their blogs and forums, and feeds of content from other sites.

If you want to do more than browse content, please register through the login/register link in the left sidebar. Firstname secondname is OK for a username. Then please fill in your profile. If you don't do that first time around, you can reach it through "my account' which appears under your personal menu in the left sidebar when logged in.

You can browse content under the "browse" menu item - blog items, the forum, links from delicious, audio and video (when we post some of that content).

The News pages (left side bar) contain content pulled in from the News aggregator (also left). If you expand the news link in the aggregator you will see two other menu items: the source of feeds- from external blogs - and how we have categorised them.

The New pages offer:

• links from delicious where people have entered the tag snnprofit
• items from the aggregator pulled into one page

We are experimenting with different combinations of feeds into and out of the aggregator.

Your personal menu appears under your user name when you are logged in. "my blog" takes you to items that you have created; "my account' enables you to change personal settings; create content enables you to write blog items and other content.

In the right sidebar is content organised by fixed topics, and by tags (keywords)

In the main top menu we'll be developing guides to social networking. Recent content is just that, and who's here provides a list of site users.
